Pamela Joy Ring is responsible for designing and implementing the company's marketing expansion plan. Her focus is on positioning and supporting the company as a national resource in providing the best website development, management and promotion products and services to small and mid-sized businesses.Background:
Pamela brings over 30 years of retail and marketing experience to BannerView.com, most notably from the national specialty retailer, Gallery of History, Inc., which she co-founded and served as EVP and acting COO for 22 years and took public on NASDAQ. As one of few women in Nevada who co-founded a nationally-based, publicly-traded corporation, she is credited in the field of historical documents for using merchandising prowess and turning a niche collectible limited to 300 collectors in the early 1980s and transforming it into a demand-based product and industry for the masses resulting in $49mm cumulative sales of 32,000 items sold to a luxury, discretionary audience. She built a national store network in tourist-driven destinations. She is also credited as an early pioneer in high end specialty retail in employing the use of multi-channel sales distribution networks beyond the sole dependency of brick and mortar. Her expertise in strategic retail brand development, methods of converting impulsive, one-time buying tourists into long term, long distance, repeat-buying customers, and niche product marketing, not only resulted in her company's success, but in the success of her consultancy practice, the Ring Retail Advisory, LLC,

of which she served as president prior to joining BannerView.com.
Pamela is a speaker and author. In 2008 and 2009, she served on the advisory board of the Global Gaming Conference (G2E), and presented her insights on retail in gaming. She also served as a member of the retail board of advisors to design the Conference's curricula. In 2009, she was the author of Global Gaming Business' RD&E (Retail, Dining and Entertainment) G2E cover story: "Building Blocks: How to Build a Retail Component on a Gaming Property in the Best and Worst of Times." Additionally, Pamela is often asked by the media for her opinions on local, regional and national retail-related stories.
Pamela served as president of the Nevada chapter of the Turnaround Management Association from 2008-2010 and still serves on its board. She has received several awards from the organization for her service and business prowess in the field of retail turnarounds. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Pamela holds an MBA in Finance from New York University; and graduated from the second class that admitted women to The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics and major in Marketing. She apprenticed in Bloomingdales' Executive Buying Program.
