If you are a first-time client of BannerView.com:

You have 30 days from your initial signup to cancel your hosting account(s). If you cancel within 30 days, You will be issued a full refund of any recurring hosting fees paid to us.

Since we setup your account within five minutes after you sign up, any setup fees that may have been charged are nonrefundable. Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services, such as additional disk space, bandwidth, etc.

You must contact us within 30 days of canceling your hosting account with us to request a refund.

If you are already a client of BannerView.com please note: If you signup additional accounts with us after you have hosted here 30 days or longer, these accounts are not eligible for refunds. Only accounts signed up within your first 30 days with BannerView.com are eligible if they are canceled within this 30-day period.
