New in Version 2.0:

Ability to dynamically generate the email collection form with multiple sections and pages. Form field types include static text, text box, password field, check boxes, text areas, select, multi-select, radio buttons, date, phone and address.
Dynamic CSV import allows importing of data on the fly without the need to format the CSV prior to importing.
Extra validation before a newsletter can be distributed is required to make it difficult to accidentally trigger a distribution.
Front end error prompts are better understandable in the event a user does not enter the required information.
Per page form validation during multiple page signup process.
Use of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) across all forms for better format uniformity across browsers and easier updating of styles.

Administration:
The BannerView.com Newsletter Management System, Enterprise Edition, is administered with a web browser from a specially protected directory on your web site. The administration section includes the following options:

View Subscribers - Browse subscriber information; browsable by multiple categories.
Newsletter Mailer - Choose demographics and send out a newsletter to specified subscribers. An option is included on this form to distribute the newsletter in plain text or HTML format.
Configuration - Allows you to set the different options that are used in the BannerView.com Newsletter Management System such as general successful/unsuccessful subscribe attempts, footer contents, etc.
Custom - Custom administration options may be added on a per-project basis, depending on the needs of the licensee.

PLEASE NOTE: When viewing the administration section demo, you won't actually be able to change configuration options or distribute newsletters to subscribers on the list. You will, however, still be able to add and delete subscribers from the list.

System Specifications:

Client
Standard web browser which supports JavaScript, cookies, and cascading style sheets including Internet Explorer 6.0/Mozilla 5.0 or higher and Safari 1.0 or higher running on any Operating System.
Server Software
Any *Nix variant including Solaris, Linux, BSD, etc. running Cron, Apache 1.3 with PHP 4, SendMail 8 and MySQL 4.1.
Server Hardware
Minimum - Pentium 100MHz class* system or greater with 32MB RAM, 1MB free disk space for initial software installation.
Recommended - Pentium 233MHz class* system with 128MB RAM and enough disk space to accommodate a growing database.

*Will run on any processor that can operate a UNIX distribution including PowerPC, Mips, Alpha, etc.

Licensing:
The BannerView.com Newsletter Management System is licensed on a per Web site basis which uses the program. There are no additional costs no matter how many subscribers you have or how many newsletters you distribute (other than normal Web site hosting and related fees). The cost of the license includes free installation, configuration and 30 days of free technical support.
