Administration:
The BannerView.com Image Gallery System is administered with a web browser from a specially protected directory on your web site.

System Specifications:

Client:

  • Standard web browser which supports javascript, cookies, and cascading style sheets including Internet Explorer 5.0/Netscape 7.0 or higher and AOL 5.0 or higher running on any Operating System.

Server:

  • Software: Any *Nix variant including Solaris, Linux, BSD, etc. running Apache 1.3 with PHP 4, Perl 5, SendMail 8, MySQL 3.23 and Unzip 5.

Hardware:

  • Minimum - Pentium 100MHz class* system or greater with 32MB RAM, 5MB free disk space for initial software installation.
  • (Recommended - Pentium 233MHz class* system with 128MB RAM and enough disk space to accommodate a growing database)

*Will run on any processor that can operate a UNIX distribution including PowerPC, Mips, Alpha, etc.

Most standard hosting accounts running on a Unix platform will work. If you are unsure if the BannerView.com Image Gallery System will work with your hosting provider, contact us with a link to a list of your provider's hosting account features and we will check for you.

Licensing:
The BannerView.com Image Gallery System is licensed on a per web site basis which uses the program. The cost of the license includes free installation, configuration and 30 days of free technical support!
