Lpanel Installation Lpanel provides an automated install wizard with instructions and steps documented with the installer. Accessable within each members area is a self service Remote Installer and Downloadable versions of the install archive. All these items are free of charge and available to everyone. Lpanel Client Migration Importing and migrating your client base into Lpanel can be an intimidating process. However with our bundled import scripts, you can now import your client accounts and mySQL details into Lpanel. Note: Some details are not collected, which will have to be re-set manually. Some of these details include financial data, extra items and passwords. Lpanel Site Integration Lpanel provides html source code snippets so that it can integrate and fit into any web page. Some features include client login area, chat status, FAQs, and much more. If you are looking for professional help, then this is your best option. Priority Call Back Support Currently, Lpanel offers quality and timely free support for all clients via the Support Center ticket system within the Members Area. If you would like for us to go over the problem by phone and have us address the matter and/or guide you through any number of steps to learn how a specific feature works, then this is the best option for you. If a problem is related to a bug, or for whatever reason the issue, we will take time to address it. Our tech will opt to call back with an update or inform you on the status to the fix. Dedicated Phone Support Subscription If your business requires that you be able to contact us by phone about questions or support, then this option is for you as it allows you to have a direct staff member be assigned to you within work hours so that you can always have the ability to contact and have a voice response and instructions whenever needed. Priority Module Development This is a new service we feel will streamline new development efforts as we feel many mid-sized to larger companies require new and instant point of sale and dynamic systems to stay competative and ahead of the rest. Now we can adapt to your priority needs and develop a fully functional module on call. There are some requirements and restrictions on the module and service type. We will review and validate each request as they come in. These modules are aimed to be released into the Lpanel added-services offering. However, it is a request we get from time to time. Currently, domain changes are made on our end. We will perform the needed database changes and set your license to use the updated domain request. This request is usually associated with clients that change domains, acquire a resold license or buy into an Owned license from a previous owner. In all cases, this can be requested within the Members Area by submitting a BILLING Dept. ticket. Server and WHM Tunning If your Lpanel is loading extra slow, chances are that your server administration and management quality control are not to par. There are many things that can make your install slow and very sluggish. Our staff knows exactly how to zero-in on specific aspects that cause slow performance on the server end. Some WHM accounts can be incorrectly setup which causes lag and slow server response times. This service is to optimize the issue and make your server tuned.
