Clientele Category

  • Add a Client: This section allows for the admin to add, bill create and invoice new clients using any of the payment systems configured selected. There are 3 steps in total and each step is clearly labled and sorted by required fields and optional extra charge items. You can setup new accounts as Pending or actual Subscriptions, Hosting or Non-Hosting Accounts plus view the total cost calculation as you select extra charge or different packages.
  • View Clients: Quick "Viewing" by Any, Over Due, Outstanding Invoices, Paid Pending, NonPaid Pending, Unique IP, Reseller, Under Review Plus Suspended, Cancelled, All, Active and Fraud. An Easy to Navigate Account List which displays Account Status, Client Name, Domain, CID and Quick Actions. Quick Actions offer easy 1-click actions that include "View" which displays the full Lpanel billing system per account. Quick Action "Invoice" allows for a quick way to invoice any account on the fly. Quick actions "Cancel, Suspend and Activate" offer on the fly account change of status. Account Status Icons illustrate a visual flag that helps to track and monitor individual accounts.
  • Search Clients: Allows to search by any character and any criteria from Client Name, Email, Domain, Order #, CID or Invoice.
  • WHM Errors: Incase of any errors on Sign up Lpanel Retains all the users info ad stores the order for various post actions such as Retry, Delete Error, View Client, View Error or Force Active. You can now save potential orders that otherwise could have been lost do to any number or issues or errors from WHM.
  • Accounts Due: Any Pending Invoice or past Due Subscription before the suspension threshold is reached is classified and listed under "Accounts Due". Quick Actions makes it easy to View, Invoice, Cancel or Suspend.
  • Invoices: Displays All Sales Invoices and account Details such as Invoice ID, Customer ID, Amount, Paid Status as Y or N and Domain.


Administration Category

  • Network Check: Selectable Server and Port informs on the state of the server/s and allows to view stats and access WHM
  • Help Desk: Shows the list of active Help Desk Departments with one-click browse of each. Features Include each access drop-down to switch departments, staff ticket stats that includes total tickets closed and average response time. The main help desk displays Open, Under Investigation and Pending On-Hold Tickets. Each ticket is shown by Call ID, Status, Subject and Date Opened. Each Ticket displays important account info which includes IP, Domain, Username and Password, Email, Client Name and More. Each Ticket has a drop down which allows to set and of 4 different status which are Open, Pending, Investigating or Closed. Each ticket is opened by the Client and is set to Open status by default. The client can also close tickets. The Client Response and Staff Reply are neatly threaded and makes for easy documentation and reviewing purposes. Quick Links provide fast access into the WHM Server the particular client is in, Client cPanel access, Users Admin Billing Panel and Close Ticket. Any and all tickets can be Forwarded to Different Departments. The Text Entry or Response Area includes a rich range of options which can be set to Guided or Normal. Some of these options are the ability to include bold, italic, underlines, set different font, set font size, color, add links, imbed images and mailto links. Default responses are set to replay back to the client however Lpanel also allows to have Staff only response which works well for staff-to-staff information and communication. Account Profile controls the settings for the particular present account. These settings include Ticker alias, email for responses, email notification, password and response signature with full rich format options as indicated above. The main ticket desk also allows for ticket search by ticket number, by subject and by keywords.
  • Domain Orders: Displays Pending Domains and allows for manual Registration, Delete or Modify any of the domain orders.
  • Email Users: Email your client base. Filter by All Active, All Suspended, All Canceled and All Clients Except Fraud. Custom Entry for the From Field, Subject Field and the Main Message Area. Optional Main Message Area supports full HTML.
  • Email Resellers: Email Your Resellers. Custom Entry for the From Field, Subject Field and the Main Message Area. Optional Main Message Area supports full HTML
  • Email Staff: Email Your Staff. Custom Entry for the From Field, Subject Field and the Main Message Area. Optional Main Message Area supports full HTML
  • Announcements: Adding An Announcement displays it on the members area. This is like a direct feed to your client bases as it is easily view by all that log into the members area. You can enter the subject, announcement (body), set the from @ and select from 4 different delivery options. These delivery options include all users, only resellers, client bases on a particular server or simply do not email. Manage announcements allows you to View the subject and author with a quick action to delete.
  • Affiliates: Mange the Affiliates from one easy Interface. Publish and delete Affiliate News. Add an Affiliate, Delete an Affiliate, List Affiliate and Manage Affiliates. You can assign custom commission percentage rates per affiliate or use the default percentage you assign. Manage affiliates allows for a full account overview based on Name, Sub accounts, Payouts, Net, Balance and Quick Actions that include Pay, Delete or Edit. Viewing Affiliate payouts is just a 1-click link within the Manage Affiliate.
  • Security: Ban an IP, Remove a Banned IP, Add Unbanable IP, Remove Unbanable IP and set Reason Text on any of the entries.
  • Referrals: Upon Sign up each client has the chance to select who referred them or how they learned of your site. You can add or delete new referral sources with 1-click. View a detailed chart on who selected what. This is very useful for those operations that rely on advertising and gaining feedback on what is working best.
  • Marketing: Active Marketing Campaigns. Simply provide a campaign name and the url where you wish to have the users land on. The Lpanel Marketing Tracker automatically generates a dynamic entry point URL which you would use as the actual URL for any campaign. This dynamic URL refreshes into your landing URL. Lpanel then records any sales that are generated from this particular marketing campaigns.
  • Event Calendar: All clients will view the even calendar on the members area. You can add events by date which will reflect globally. A pop-up with the event details or information will display as you entered it. You can delete any events entered.
  • User Poll: Add and Delete User Polls. Enter a Poll name and Topic then add User choices. You can view the # of votes and who voted plus the percent of votes casted.
  • Coupon Codes: Grant discounts upon sign up with simple code entry you assign and enter a desired percentage. You can add and delete on demand. Lpanel automatically authenticates the code on sign up if entered and deligates the discount from the total bill.
  • Knowledge Base: Enter Questions and Answers to better aid your clients with general or advanced need for knowledge. Grow your knowledge bases with easy entries. Edit and Delete entries as needed.


Reporting Category

  • Signup Statistics: By entering the number of months you wish to view the stats for. The stats indicate how many sign ups each month had and by clicking on the number or month you will get a much more detailed view of each signup.
  • Future Projections: Project future numbers by entering the desired range on months. Based on key options such as subscription charges, manual next due and exponential growth which is a growth rate determined by the past number of signups, increase in sales activity, and overall company growth Lpanel will determin the future projection in an easy to read table spread with all the financial numbers and information.
  • Revenue: Knowing financial information has never been easier. Complete Breakdown by days, weeks or months.
    Active Subscriptions: View actual expected revenue by monthly subscriptions, quarterly subscriptions, Bi-annually subscriptions and yearly subscriptions.
  • Plan Breakup: View all client base usage per plan offers. View percentage from client base and view total account holders per plan.
  • Bandwidth Usage: View the top 30 bandwidth users for the current month. View the CID, Domain and Megs Used from most to least based on the top 30. Additionally your operation network usage stats are showcased.
  • Server Efficiency: Network Financial Efficiency Report. Displays monthly server gross report based on actual sales per server, This months server profit report based on actual sales and server expense rates, total to date server gross reports based on actual sales and monthly subscription by server report based on active subscriptions. Network bandwidth efficiency report. Displays this months server bandwidth breakdown per server. Print function included.
  • Server Health: View average load, uptime, check-ins and outgoing bandwidth per server.
  • Resellers: Displays all reseller accounts by name, domain, # of sub accounts and total bandwidth. Direct to reseller account and sub account info.
  • Extra Charges: This report displays current active extra charges. Each will link back to the users Lpanel billing.
  • Cancellations: Displays a list of all cancellations with CID, Dates and Reasons. CID links to that users lpanel billing.


Configuration Category

  • General: The Core Configuration and Initial setup for Company Info, Payment Settings, E-mail Settings, Members Settings and General Settings.
  • Payment Gateway: Select and Edit a Payment Gateway for your use.
  • Servers: Server Configuration. Add, Edit and Delete New or Old Servers Configurations for account deligation and account disbursement. Lpanel Supports Unlimited Servers. Supports Non-active Server. This feature will allow you to create and manage users who do not connect to any of your servers. This feature was created to enable billing management for non cPanel hosted clients.
  • Packages: Package Configuration. View Existing Packages, Add Packages (Both cPanel Based and Non-cPanel Based), Package Importer, Update Server with new Package Details and View Signup Links Based on each Package created. Add Package Allows for full control of resources and quota limits including upgrade settings and billing prices per term. Truely a fully featured package creation center for non hosting and hosting accounts.
  • Domain Registrar: Set the Prefered Method of Domain Registration for your clients. There are currently 4 different options. These different options are as follows: Manual Registration, Enom API, WWD Storefront and None. You can use one for these 4 options and switch at any time. Each Domain module functions a bit different. The WWD Storefront for example does not allow for signup domain registration automation however it does support a a full range of options such as the ability to offer domain registration from within the members area for your clients. The Enom API does offer complete signup domain registration automation. The Manual Method allows for a much more open approach to domain registration administration. You can add Your desired and supported TLDs and Prices for manual post registration with the service of your choice.
  • Staff: Staff Configuration. View, Add, Edit and Delete Staff Members with Department Classification and Security level.
  • Departments: Department Configuration. View, Add, Edit and Delete Departments. Monitor Staff Count per Department.
  • Added Services: Turnkey Added Services Right in front of your clients. Sell Templates from TemplateMonster and earn 25% on each sale. Offer Authorize.net Merchant Accounts to your clients so that they too can accept credit cards online. Earn $50 per merchant account setup. Added Services are optional and Free for all Licensees. Both Added Services are accessible via the members area.
  • Extra Charges: Add, Edit and Delete Extra Charge Items or Services. You name and Price Each item as you wish to sell them to your clients as Extras upon Signup. You can have extra charges as a periodic subscription or a one time charge. Extra Charges also manages the Billing setup and auto install of IPs.
  • Support Desk: Support Configuration. Limit how many active (Open) tickets each user can have at once. Limit each user to how many open tickets per department. Auto close tickets after X amount of days with no response. Auto notify Staff on Tickets.
  • Resellers: Complete Reseller Configuration from name Server IP to Global WHM Reseller Options (too many to list)
  • Affiliates: Set the default commission percentage from gross sales. Upload, Modify or Delete Banner.
  • Load Averager: Server Watch Configuration. Load Level Warning via Email and Interval Settings.
  • Financials: Track your Server/s Expense / Bill


Customization Category

  • Theme Manager: View the Currently Installed Theme, Install available Themes, Download Available Themes View and Edit Theme Templates.
  • Template Editor: View and Edit Templates. Complete Theme Discription and Filename. Full HTML Source access for editing templates.
  • Template Options: Choose from 2 different Members Area Types (iFrame Standard or Top Framed), and Initial Page to Load upon user login (Lpanel members Home, Clients cPanel or Custom Link). You can also input the highlight color.
  • Email Subjects: Set Custom Subjects for the following: Support Ticket Staff Notification, Support Ticket User Notification, Welcome Email, Reseller Welcome Email, Payment Request Invoice, Suspension E-mail, Cancellation E-mail, Credit Card Charge Receipt Error and Credit Card Charge Receipt Success.
  • WHM Suspend Page: New Global HTML code suspend page. Simply paste in or write your code into the text box and hit update.
  • Site Integration (Snippets): Now you can copy and paste code snippets right into your site. The available code snippets are as follows: Login for members / affiliate / support / staff area, network stats, announcements and calendar.


v2 Scripts Category

  • Get Bandwidth Usage: This script pulls the bandwidth usage statistics for each of your users on your servers and adds the final total as per your server usage total.
  • Get Quota Usage: This script pulls the disk usage stastic for each of your users on your servers, then adds the final total as a per-server usage total.
  • WHM Package Import: This script will import packages from any of your selectable servers with just 1-click.
  • WHM Domain Import: This script will import domain, username and package info.
  • WHM IP Updater: This script will pull the available IPs off of your servers and add them into the appropriate server cache. All in-use IPs are allocated the account that is using the IP. For database integrity, this script is a syncronizing script that is called internally by Lpanel so you should rarely need to run it manually.
  • WHM Shell Access: This script will manage all of your servers shell access.
  • Non-Paying Acct Check: This script will report back to you any accounts that do not have active subscriptions or due dates setup. This is an indication that no type of payment is in place and can occur due to user error. If you check "Flag for Review" these accounts will automatically be given the "Under Review" flag so you may view them in the "View Clients" area.
  • Illegally Hosting Domains: This script will extract all domains that are physically setup on cPanel and compare them to the billing database. An illegal domain is one that is: suspended, not in database, fraudulent, or canceled.
    Update Server Allocation: This script will re-allocate your server entries if they have become corrupt (if you have deleted a server).
  • Install Crontab: This tool will re-install your Lpanel crontabs. Crontabs are used to:
    • Update Lpanel Nightly
    • Run Subscription Charges
    • Auto Suspend / Auto UnSuspend Users
    • Grab Bandwidth and Disk Space Usage
