| Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises moves Corporate Headquarters to Port Cyber |

March 26, 2001 - Las Vegas - Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises has completed the relocation of its corporate headquarters to the Port Cyber Technical Center located at 2902 Lake East Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89117. Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises hopes to utilize the network of companies providing services at Port Cyber and increase the penetration of its own services. The Port Cyber Technical Center, operated by Port Cyber Inc., is located at the Lakes in the Southwest Las Vegas Valley in the Lakes Town Center. This unique office complex is located on the lake with a large dock for holding business functions and mixers. "Our move to Port Cyber gives us the opportunity to increase our visibility and allows us to tap into the network of resources provided by the center," says Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises President and Chief Executive Officer, Mark Cenicola.
