Last week, the company was one of many sponsors at the Las Vegas Chamber Night at Spring Mountain Ranch. As a benefit, the company received free tickets to West Side Story, making it the perfect opportunity for an employees night out. Food, frolicking and giant flying bugs, what more can you ask for? Sponsoring an event brings with it a host of issues with which to contend. Just how much visibility is a sponsor supposed to get and how do you make the most of it? Most events give you sponsorship levels, with the more expensive level giving more exposure. For us, we had name exposure program materials and a mention from the stage. We took it a step further by implementing our own elements. As you may know, the BV Rides are out on the road. They're hard to miss, so having them at the event provided immediate exposure to anyone entering the park. Inside, most of us had the BannerView t-shirts on at the gathering, as seen in the pictures below. With just those two elements, I think we were enough of a presence to leave an impression. |
