Well, we just celebrated Halloween at our office and it was a hoot of a time! Everyone dressed up as a character and had to perform a skit as that character. The best performance received tickets for two at a comedy club here in town...most befitting for a hysterical day. We all enjoyed a pot luck lunch and the day was one of high spirit and fun.

I was the BannerView cheerleader. You can see the fool that I made of myself at the video below. I gave it all I had...but let’s just say, I am not going to the comedy club. Maybe I should act at a comedy club...nah...better keep my day job.

The point is that the day brought a lot of goodwill and positive energy to our staff. Days after, the good energy continues. Giving another dimension to your work environment can give a good “shot in the arm” to an employee’s productivity, creativity and attitude towards their co-workers and company.
