Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises Acquires Web Hosting and Billing Software Assets
November 1, 2007 - Las Vegas - Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises has acquired Web hosting and billing software assets from Florida based Lpanel.net Corp consisting of Web hosting customers of the Data Cities brand along with related intellectual property including domain names, specifically DataCities.com. The deal also includes the software source code, rights and customers of the Lpanel Web hosting billing and automation software suite in addition to related intellectual property including domain names, specifically Lpanel.com and Lpanel.net. Other assets acquired as part of the deal include established third party relationships with providers of Web design templates, domain name registration services and providers of Web site security certificates amongst others.

Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises plans to integrate the acquired assets into its existing e-business offerings and provide a smooth transition of the acquired customers from servers located in other data centers to the company's self owned and operated data center facility located in Las Vegas, NV. The company further plans to internally audit the acquired Lpanel source code, provide maintenance releases and continue providing support to new and existing licensees for an undetermined period of time.

"This acquisition provides us with key technology needed to expand our offerings in the areas of low cost Web hosting services, domain name registration and secure Web site certificates to our existing and future customers," said Mark Cenicola, President & CEO of Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises. "Customers of Data Cities Web hosting and the Lpanel platform can expect a greater level of support forthcoming as we integrate the acquired assets into our own platform."

"While the integration of the acquired assets won't happen overnight and without some hiccups, said Joseph Stanley, CTO of Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises, "We expect that within a couple of months, existing customers of both Data Cities and Lpanel will see dramatic improvements in both performance and support. I'm making this my personal challenge to see a successful transition for these customers to our company and provide benefits to their online operations."

The company will operate Data Cities as a standalone Web site brand within the CHE Network of Web sites for the immediate future with plans to merge it with the Virtrix.com brand under which high performance shared Web hosting services are provided. Lpanel will become a product offering under the BannerView.com brand.
