Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises Dissolves Partnership, Incorporates

November 24, 1999 - Las Vegas - Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises, a partnership created by Mark A. Cenicola and Jeff R. Helvin has been dissolved and recreated as a corporation under the same name. Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises became incorporated in the State of Nevada on November 12, 1999.

Mark A. Cenicola becomes the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of the new company and Jeff R. Helvin becomes Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and sits on the company board. Mr. Helvin will act as company Secretary and Treasurer until suitable candidates assume these duties. Joseph Stanley has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer and has assumed his position as a company director. He will continue his role as Technical Director as well.

"We knew we had to incorporate and dissolve the partnership in order to grow and make ourselves a prominent Internet presence," said President and CEO Mark Cenicola. "We needed to be able to raise the capital necessary for us to innovate and make a difference on the Internet. Becoming incorporated was the next logical step."

Making it easier for investors to contribute to the company, Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises expects to expand at an incredible rate and take a leadership role in the Internet community.
