Email Account Passwords

  1. Log into your client account by going to and click the Login link in the top navigation.
  2. On the main Account Dashboard, scroll down to the Hosting Overview section.
  3. Locate the appropriate hosting plan associated with the email account you want to update, click the Options menu and choose Manage Email.
  4. You'll be shown a list of domains associated with your hosting plan. Find the appropriate domain and click Manage Mailboxes.
  5. Locate the email address you wish to update and click Edit to change the password.
  6. The Alias field can be left blank.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Note that password changes may take several minutes to take effect.
