Adding New Product Types

  1. Log into BannerOS.
  2. Click on "Grips" in the top navigation and choose "BannerMerchant" from the drop down menu.
  3. Click on "Products & Inventory" in the top navigation and choose "Product Types" from the drop down menu.
  4. Click the "Add Product Type" button.
  5. Fill in the "Name" field with a name for the product type.
  6. Click the "Add a Field" button to add the options for the product. Example: The "Field Name" could be "Color" and the options could be "Black" and "Blue". Just click the "Add another option" link to keep adding more options for the field.
  7. Once all the options are added, click the "Save" button.
