The Website Update Request Process Has Changed as March 1, 2014!

We've created a new request system that makes getting your updates done quicker and more efficient for you. To request an update for your website, simply login to your BannerView.com Customer Account and click "Submit an Update." You will be guided through the process of providing the necessary information we need to complete your request. You will receive an email notification immediately after the request is completed where you can review your updates and send it back to our team to publish live on the website, or request additional revisions. PLEASE BE SURE TO USE THE LINK PROVIDED IN THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL TO SEND IN YOUR RESPONSE. Email responses will not get the proper handling for your request and will cause delays for completing your task.

This new process reduces the time it takes to complete your update requests and ensures you will get a quicker response regarding the completion of your request. You will now submit your updates directly into the system and receive email confirmations as soon as the updates are ready for your review.

This is now the new required process as of March 1, 2014. All update requests for your website must go through the system to ensure proper handling. If you have special circumstances surrounding your request, please still send your request in through the system, then call the office to explain your special circumstances and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

In order to start using this great new feature now, simply go to BannerView.com and click the "Login" link on the top right corner of our website. If you can't remember your password, click the "I Don't Know My Password" link found on the login page. Once you are logged in, simply click the "Request an Update" icon and follow the steps.
